It is located in Kashari County, Kashari South Constituency at Mbarara District, at Rwanyamahembe Subcounty. And is Kashari County's Main city. Bwizibwera is located approximately 27 kilometres (17 mi), by road, northwest of Mbarara city the largest city in the Western Region, Uganda on Ibanda road.
