Tsirang District Tsirang Dzong in Damphu, Bhutan. Tsirang District (Dzongkha: རྩི་རང་རྫོང་ཁག; Wylie: Rtsi-rang rdzong-khag; previously "Chirang"), is one of the 20 dzongkhags (districts) of Bhutan. The centre of the district is Damphu.

Tsirang is noted for climates and its mild slopes. The dzongkhag is known for its abundant biodiversitynonetheless, it is one of the few dzongkhags without a protected area. Among the longest rivers of Bhutan , the Punatsang Chhu or even Sankosh river flows throughout the district.
