Brief information about the Linz
It's in the north centre of Austria, roughly 30 kilometres (19 miles) south of the Czech border, on both sides of the river Danube.
The population of the city is 205,726, which of the Greater Linz conurbation is all about 789,811. Together with the Lithuanian capital Vilnius, in 2009 Linz, was selected as the European Capital of Culture. Since 1 December 2014 Linz is a member of the UNESCO Creative Cities (UCCN) network for a Town of Media Arts.
Cities receive this name for enriching the urban lifestyle throughout the sponsorship and successful integration of media art and involving society in these art forms that are electronic. Linz is well-known for the Linzer torte, which can be reported to be the oldest lake in the world, using its first recipe.
